Simple Soluttions by MK ("SSMK", "we", "us") provides Meta ads performance marketing, social media management, website development and SEO services. We also operate a WhatsApp message scheduling service called WA Scheduler for authorised business users.

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share with us. Our website host may also process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
If you use WA Scheduler, the service may process:
- business-user email addresses and workspace details;
- WhatsApp Business account and phone-number identifiers, display numbers and encrypted access tokens;
- contact names and phone numbers entered by authorised users;
- message content or approved template details, scheduled times, delivery status and error information; and
- webhook events from Meta related to messages sent through the service.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver requested services, operate and secure WA Scheduler, send messages scheduled by authorised users, track delivery outcomes, troubleshoot problems and meet applicable obligations.
Businesses using WA Scheduler are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate permission to contact their recipients and for the content they schedule.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including while a service relationship is active, and for any additional period required by applicable law. WA Scheduler restricts access to workspace information and stores WhatsApp access tokens in encrypted form. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and data deletion
You may ask us about information we hold about you or request correction or deletion by emailing contact@simplesoluttionsbymk.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include enough detail to identify the relevant account or phone number, but do not email passwords or access tokens. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
If your information was entered by a business using WA Scheduler, you may also contact that business directly. We will handle requests in line with applicable law and any legal retention duties.
